Includes 90 minute virtual or telephone visit after completing a thorough intake assessment that helps me get to know your health history and current conditions. This rate includes my time to review all health history (approx 2 hours) including previous lab work and diagnostics from the past two years you will upload to a HIPPA compliant website, discussing your overall health and wellness goals and developing a treatment plan.
Does not include any diagnostics, labs or treatment recommendations made during visit.
